Create an in-product onboarding flow to reduce early drop-off, support async SDK setup, and accelerate value delivery for self-serve users.

We introduced an in-product onboarding wizard that guided users from signup to first measurement by breaking down SDK setup into role-specific, asynchronous steps. This reduced friction for marketers, clarified ownership for developers, and enabled activation without support or CSM intervention.
