Built a scalable design framework across all 12 products, aligning upgrade flows and supporting product-led expansion.

Problem

Expansion flows across the platform were inconsistent, fragmented, and hard to trust.

  • Upsell and pricing requests were triggered from different locations across products

  • Pages lacked consistent structure, visual language, and messaging

  • Lower-tier users faced friction and uncertainty when exploring upgrades

Design Goals

• Establish a product-wide upsell framework with consistent flows, triggers, and messaging
• Reduce upgrade friction and build user trust through clear structure and brand alignment
• Enable scalable expansion across products by connecting in-product prompts to qualified leads

Before

Flows to request demos or pricing were scattered across products, lacked structure, and failed to guide users clearly toward upgrade paths

Solution

Before this, every product handled upgrades differently. Users had no way to know what to expect or what came next. We brought it all under one system, same structure, same tone, same logic, so whenever someone hits a premium feature, the path forward feels familiar.




One framework. Standard layouts, familiar entry points, messaging that sounds like the brand. Across every product, every tier, every moment a user bumps into something they can't access yet.

The principle was simple: continuity. Whatever brought the user to that moment stays with them through the upgrade flow. By the time sales enters the picture, the context is already there. The conversation picks up where the product left off.




That's what turns a locked feature into a revenue conversation.
